South Windsor Chamber of Commerce Flu Clinic

Tuesday 11/6/07 10:30 a.m. -12 noon at the South Windsor Chamber of Commerce. Flu Clinic sponsored by Visiting Nurse & Health Services of Connecticut. The clinic is open to all residents who are 18 and older. Medicare Part B, Anthem Blue Cross, ConnectiCare, Healthnet, or $30 cash or check is accepted. Please call the Chamber to pre-register at 644-9442.
