Our dues structure is based on a base dues of $234 plus $5.25 for every full time equivalent employee (FTE). Real Estate is based the same way for the broker and office staff and then an additional $234 per agent wishing to be listed. Banks dues are based on $234 base membership plus $20 per million in deposits plus $100 for each additional location. There is a One-time Administration fee of $25.
