Ambassadors
Description: Long-time members and past directors serve as ambassadors to the chamber. Ambassadors attend all chamber events, connect members, serve as greeters, as well as represent the chamber at ribbon cuttings and grand openings.

Business Person of the Year Selection
Description: The committee updates the BPOY criteria as needed and chooses the BPOY each year. Committee members are required to be a past BPOY.

Chamber Studio Support Team
Description: This committee will serve as a volunteer committee comprised of chamber members who are interested in being informed on the progress of the CT Studio Project and who will serve to assist the Chamber in providing whatever support we can to the project through Craig Stevenson and Joan Talley.

Golf Tournament
Description: One of two annual Chamber fundraisers, 144 golfers have a great time playing a round of golf; day includes meals, raffles, and surprises. Committee helps with all details.

Greater Hartford Women’s Conference
Description: The committee plans the GHWC for the current and future years.

Description: This committee finds and recommends prospective board members.

Membership Outreach
Description: Make numerous local contacts! Welcome new members, special invites to members, new membership assimilation and membership retention. Activities can be by phone or in person.

Discover South Windsor Expo
Description: South Windsor's trade exposition giving businesses a chance to showcase their products and services, drawing attendees from the business and residential community. Committee will plan event.

Description: A collaborative group for technology professionals. Group provides technology innovation services, peer-to-peer interaction, and educational content for the small business community.

UPTIC
Description: Experts in technology guide the Chamber and members to stay up to date.
Committee Meetings: 2nd Friday of every month after SEL Series-Leads Exchange.

Young Business Leaders
Description: The group will help to position the South Windsor community as an attractive place for diverse young professionals and entrepreneurs to live, work and play. To make sure that young working professionals are well informed and a part of the business community.
