We are the voice of the business community within Greater South Windsor area and the premier business membership organization in our area. Each year, the The South Windsor Chamber of Commerce helps business owners expand their operations, professionals lead their organizations, and community leaders expand their reach in support of a dynamic business environment and a thriving local economy that benefits everyone. The Board of Directors helps guide the Chamber through the economic evolution of The Greater South Windsor business community.
Vice President of Operations - Broadridge Customer Communications - South Windsor, CT
Al Tebbetts is Vice President of Operations for the Broadridge Customer Communications facility located in South Windsor, CT. He is responsible for management and day-to-day operations of the 300,000 square foot facility. Prior to becoming Vice President of Operations, Al held a number of roles in Operations and Client Services, most recently as Director of Operations. In 2008, Al helped lead the efforts for the East Operation Center to receive the “Top Ten Best Plants in North America” designation from IndustryWeek Magazine.
Al graduated from Boston College’s Wallace Carroll School of Management with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and English. He received an MBA from Boston University’s Graduate School of Management.
Meghan E. Smith

Attorney Meghan E. Smith joined the Chamber in 2018 and is serving her first term on the Board of Directors. Meghan joined the Chamber in early 2018 as part of the Greater Hartford Women’s Conference Committee, where she played an important role in planning the event. Also in 2018, Meghan was active on the Holiday Social Committee. For 2019, Meghan has taken on the role of the Committee Chair for the 2019 Annual Golf Tournament and is also participating on the 2019 Greater Hartford Women’s Conference Committee.

Priscilla Snow is a lifelong resident of South Windsor and member of the Chamber of Commerce for many of those years. She has served on the Board of Directors at two separate times. During the first period Priscilla served on the Executive Committee, Travel & Tourism Committee, and Golf Committee several years, Discover South Windsor Tourism & Retail Committee, and South Windsor Expo. She is a member of the Ambassador’s Club during which she served as President for 8 years. Currently Priscilla served on the Spectacular Committee, and the 50th Anniversary Committee as Co-Chairman. Her Company, POST ROAD STAGES, was Business of the Year in 2011 and she was Business Person of the Year in 2003. Another of her memorable moments was when she won the car raffle.
